Eat your Sprouts is a question game for young kids who refuse to eat.

An adult asks the questions, the child answers them. Its really important to focus all attention on getting the right answer to the question.

Most children are very keen on answering questions right. Which in this case "earns" them a bite. Theyll usually take the bite for granted then.

Let the child know it REALLY WONT get a bite on wrong answers. Exaggeration is key here.

If the child has to many questions right, pop in a difficult question so you can pull of some "no bite for you" theatre.
This way the game will continue to be fun for the child.

"Eat your sprout" features lots of open questions to which get you some hilarious answers.
